Hacking Corrupted Data

Anyone that can help me? I just turned on my 3DS and said "The SD Card data can´t be read" then i try to see if my saves are ok and it says "Saves, games and DLCS files are corrupted, want to delete your sd card?" Please help, i don´t want to lose my data, i just completed Ocarina of time and Kid Icarus Uprising today, i fell very fuckd

Other than possible data corruption to your games, dlcs, and updates, your title.db and/or import.db are damaged. [Example 1][Example 2]

Check if your empty SD card is fake, faulty, or dying. Replace the card if it's found to be bad. Check the replacement card as well.

Follow through and go with Path (B) to salvage the titles, saves, and extdata in the Nintendo 3DS folder. See these other examples of those who've used the Rebuild 3DS Database: Option (B) Full. Carefully read and follow the ~ INSTRUCTIONS ~.
