(sorry if my english is not that good, english is not my main language)

so the thing is that, when i changed my sd into a 16gb one, sometimes when im playing inazuma eleven go or when im on fbi, my game freezes and theres a message that says "An error ocurred (ErrDisp)". i only took picture of the error when it happens on inazuma eleven, and idk, i format my sd a lot of times and tested on h2testw and it always says that my sd is okay.

idk what to do, h e l p.

(the error code that shows up when in playing inazuma eleven is: 0x000000d3)
(the only game that freezes is inazuma eleven go, i play a lot of animal crossing and majora's mask and they never freeze)

update: is not only inazuma eleven the only game that crashes, is also majora's mask

update 2: when i was trying to solve this by myself, my 2ds never booted and there was a message that said "Unable to mount CTRNAND" so i found the thread of NoSnake221 about that same error, and i follow the steps very precisely, but, at the point when you have to install the dsiware cias, my 2ds freeze and that's it. idk if there is some hope to my console, so i wont move anything until someone helps me.

help

another update sorry: i finished the tutorial of the thread and now my 3ds works perfectly, NOW, the moment of truth, im going to install any game and see if i still get the ErrDisp+
+well i played yw3 for like 20 minutes and no error, anyways is someone can help to be completely sure about i wouldn't get this error again, pls help

SO i was trying to play megaman legacy collection, and i got this Error code: 0x0000005e, i tried following a thread about this, and i got into gm9 to do that "verify file" thing, and i found that Theme.tmd was a corrupted file, and idk what to do bc in the thread someone says "search for a replacement cia" but i cant search for "theme.cia" aaaaaa

Not all games require importing seed.

If you haven't already, check if your SD card is fake, faulty, or dying.
  1. Copy everything off the SD card to a computer.
  2. Quadruple reformat.
  3. Full Write + Verify the empty card in H2testw. Do not skip.

"Unable to mount CTRNAND" almost always mean the 3DS firmware is softbricked. Did you use CTRTransfer or CTRTransfer (Type D9) to fix it?

Those empty HOME Menu icons means those installed titles are corrupt or the database files are damaged. Here are signs of damaged SD card's import.db and/or title.db [1][2].

i already checked my sd like 3 times now, and it always says its fine.

of course, i used ctrtransfer (type d9) to fix the problem.

the only similar thing i found from those pictures on my 2ds is the ??? title on fbi. i dont understand the gm9 picture.

If you see question marks ( ? ) in Software Management, your SD card's database is trashed. To fix this, you need to do CTRTransfer (Type D9) - Rebuild 3DS Database: Option (B) Full.

Option (A) Quick should be avoided since that won't detect which of your games are corrupt.

when i try to do the option B, i get 2 options so i believe i should pick backup cias and saves, but, when i try i get a message that says "Backup run cancelled. Please read the option description"

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

and, when i try to restore saves i get "The 'saves_<ID0>' folder is missing"

If you were following NoSnake221's threads,
, a part of his discussion went over this one.
To prevent accidental misuse, Option (B) Full does not work unless until certain conditions are met. If you used the script's latest v1.6, the start does mention about carefully reading the descriptions and ~ INSTRUCTIONS ~.

sooo i should use the option A? man, i'm confused :(
Option (A) Quick will not be any easier, just faster at the expense of not checking for data corruption. Blindly running any of the three options in Rebuild 3DS Database without following their specific instructions will not fix the Nintendo 3DS folder's import.db and title.db.

Edit - Here.

shit, my volume slider has been stuck for like 2 years, is it REALLY that needed?

i'll see if i can fix it, but idk

Nah, it's fine with broken volume slider. Some people don't follow instructions exactly. If you watch the script run without the AC adapter plugged in, the low volume is to reduce the screen brightness to try to extend the battery life. I don't know how many games anyone has, so to play it safe have the 3DS plugged in with a AC adapter while the CIAs and SAVs are being dumped. You will have a really bad time if the 3DS turns off before the script completes its run.

so, while i was reading the option B description it says something like "... the user is tasked in removing 'import.db' & 'title.db' from '0:/Nintendo 3DS/<ID0>/<ID1>/dbs'."

as i said, my english is not perfect, does that mean i need to erase those files from my sd?

Yes you've read that correctly. Delete or move them out of the dbs folder. You'll be making a fresh set of these two *.db files by reinstalling the dumped CIAs. Treat your current import.db and title.db as if they're junk.

Yup. Run the (1b) Backup CIAs & Saves, plug in the 3DS, leave it alone once the top screen starts scrolling, go do something else while that's happening, and check back when the 3DS turns itself off.

just oneeee little thing, what if my AC Adapter does not work fine? with a full battery am i able to do this entire process? i dont have a lot of games, i only use 11GB of my sd card

I wouldn't risk it without the AC charger, but if you're going to dump the CIAs & SAVs without it, you might want to make a backup copy of the Nintendo 3DS folder to your computer. Keep the 3DS close by and have the clamshell closed to turn off the screens. Check on it once in a while.

How are you charging the 3DS by the way?

The AC Adapter works like a 50%, i mean, idk how is the term, but it only charges my 2ds in a certain position and when is on sleep mode. Sometimes, a little move, make the AC Adapter stop working.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

And idk where to buy a new one
