Hacking corrupt save files

My dstt has been corrupting my save files a lot recently. I have lost my pokemon pearl, rune factory 2, and chrono trigger saves. I don't know why this is happening I haven't put anything on the cart except for the regular .nds files and a few homebrew games. Does anyone know a solution?

do you use clean roms?is this happening on other sd cards?try reformatting

I always use clean roms. I tried formatting but it still corrupts the save files.

Never mind I just realized its a fake.

try changing the DMA mode on and of i had the same problem but now i have it turned of i have no longer the problem. you can also look at when you save. if there is a blur in the screen you can better save twice

Also deleting the cheat code file created for the game (if you use them of course.) sometimes works. I think they're like [gamefilename].arc or something.
