Hacking Corrupt R4 save games...

I'm using an R4 with a 2gb kingston micro card, and every now and again some of my save games will show up as corrupt (so far chocobo, mystery dungeon - shiren and fifa street3)

Any idea why this happens? it never used to happen on my 1 gig kingston...Would it be the R4, or just the micro doing this? The r4 is the version 2 without the spring, running version 1.16 firmware, and it's been well looked after since i got it for christmas.

Some cheats can corrupt your save.....do you use cheats?

My mario and luigi save showed up as corrupt,but that was months ago.
I updated and it still didn't work.
I dunno why this happens,its only happened on that game for me though.
