Hacking Copying .SAV files from Sky3ds+ to use with CIA games

Hello,

I've installed CFW and copied a few games from my Sky3ds+ cart.
(used godmode9 to convert to cia files, then FBI to install them)

Question: How do you transfer the Sky3ds+ .SAV files for use with cia games?

Using any savedata manager should work the same as if it were a regular cartridge. Set the game you wanna do the save transfer of on the sky3ds to be displayed as active, then use any savedata transfer tool (even nintendo's should work but don't use it cos it's annoying) and backup the save from the cartridge then import it on the digital copy (remember to boot the digital copy at least once so that the savedata tool recognizes it)

Yes. its a good one for save files. Just make sure to use both savedata and extradata as some use both.

It does - not like it's a standardized format (indeed encrypted saves of installed digital titles and encrypted raw images of gamecard saves are fundamentally different, and even within the latter category there are variants)
