Hacking Converting OBJ/MTL to CGFX in command prompt?

I've found out that the normal tool to do this, EveryFileExplorer, is not usable from command prompt. I'm trying to automate this conversion for a small homebrew program, so I'm looking for a utility that can convert .obj/.mtl to .cgfx from command prompt.
