    I have some MP3 files that are 32-bit floating that Ineed to convert to 16-bit.
    Does anyone know how to do this?

    Er, that doesn't make much sense, where are these files from, what makes you think they're 32-bit, what the hell is going on?

    Can you please give as much detail as possible?

    I have 32-bit Floating MP3 files for Rondo Of Blood for Turbo-CD, but the emulator only supports 16-bit.
