Sounds like you could have used some props for that one. Even on mates rates for stupid questions that was getting near the limit.

re: computer license. In theory yes but such a thing would have to be a government job and we all know how that would turn out (for those at home see all the various laws passed, trials held and tests available for other slightly complex things).
At least I finally got people off the windows autoplay (firewall nag screens are OK and actually read but losing the autoplay which is usually even fewer clicks and half these people did the same for operating systems past is apparently curl into ball and rock in the corner time).
