Hmm. Good thing I didn't jump in head first.
Brain Age is not visible in my eShop.
brain age is the us name or whatever, brain training the eu one, thats all. and yea I used brain training on my console as you can also see in the video in the first post I've made.

Also anyways to that n64 video, you just changed the browser url that gets opened on the "SYSSwitchToBrowserForViewer" call the game does on opening manuals so this is the exact same exploit we already had but more click work and uploading a potentially dangerous sys bricking file to nand which still requires internet access so yea.

Nope, this is definitely a contenthax. I have experience with N64 ini files, and I can tell they changed the manual URL to a browserhax page. This can be done easily. you can even do that with cafiine.
Yes is contenthax, but he uses the mp4 bug, like the browserhax, he didnt use the N64 VC front vuln.

Well it's just a minor edit that redirects the manual url, and this is pointless, as we could just load the browser instead :P

Thanks for the clarification!
Thank God we don't have the same names for games.

OH. MY. GOD. I ACTUALLY DID IT! After spending way too many hours trying to figure out a way to exit the game I actually did it! The rest of this was incredibly easy to do actually in comparison which is pretty crazy.

As always, its available right on my github and will only work with the pal version of brain training for now.

Amazing job, Fix. Have you experimented at all with modifying system.xml to test it as a coldboot?

oh my, I must doing something wrong. I get a black screen after running Brain Training. Maybe something went wrong with compiling rom.zip :(

I have no hardmod so no, I wouldnt ever touch that file.

Could you please compile your newest commit? I can't compile , it keeps telling me
powerpc-eabi-gcc.exe: error: /cygdrive/c/Users/K/Documents/GitHub/haxchifix/hbl_loader/sd_loader/src/entry.c: No such file or directory

TA!

if you check the github page, theres a "release" tab where I already have a ready-to-use rom.zip for anyone with the game and english wii.
also @DaBlackDeath, probably you'd have to go in and debug where things are in memory, so that overall could be pretty painful if you'd do that for multiple games. Maybe later I'll do it for more languages but just for this one game.

yeah that's ok if it's just for this one game. For now you have deserved a break from your awesome work. Thanks again

Porting this back to kirby squeak squad should be straight forward, correct? mainly reverting https://github.com/FIX94/haxchi/commit/73c327adf27abda33a16c0c7e4848f9069bda624 ?
