Not on Citra I mean making a program that connects to the Pokemon sun and moon servers and wonders trade's Pokemon not using the actual game.

answer is still no, I'm fairly sure the only way you'd be able to do something like that is through Citra or another 3DS emulator.

Why is that if certs are required to connect to the server they could be dumped from a 3ds.

ok let me rephrase this, I don't think anyone is going to take the time and work to create something like that, you're better off just using NTR to wonder trade.
