Hacking Confused about Installing Firmware/EOS on Brand new MicroSD

Ok, I have a brand new 16gig MicroSD Class 10 card.

I'm trying to follow the instructions and this is what I'm confused about.

There are 3 links that I have read.

DSTWO_v1.11_1108_eng
Firmware_v1.13_eng (firmware v1.13 support DSi 1.43 and 3DS 3.0.0.5)
dstwo_patch_2011_12_13 (downloaded from the top of the Tutorial)

I put the all the files in DSTWO_v1.11_1108_eng in the root of the MicroSD card.

Now what? There these two other files...what is the next step because I'm confused as to which files to use...as a next step? Do I go ahead and...

That shows you the EOS and firmware setups.

Put the two files from dstwo_patch_2011_12_13 in _dstwo (Replace the files that are already in there.)

Then put the files from Firmware_v1.13_eng at root.

Thanks guys, doing it now. Doing DSTwo first and then doing the AceKard 2i next. So far so good. Version of the 3ds is 2.1 something. So I'm good to update there in a few moments. Will keep everyone up to date if I run into anything.

Ok everything seems to work. The DSTwo is being read and it has Max Stormrider or something as the "fake" card. Anything else to check? I tried two games and all is good. I am assuming.
