Homebrew configuring Dolphin emulator 3.0 (64bit and 32bit)

ok so i got my new computer today here are my specs and i got Epic Mickey to run a bit then it crashed at begginning

hp pavillion dv6 lappy
Amd a8-3530 mx quad core @1.9ghz
amd radeon hd 6770m graphics card
6 GB ram

so if anyone could help me also the 64bit still gives me that 00067b error and i installed 2010 c++ visual anyone know a way to get it to work??
