The plural of the word 'yen' doesn't have an 's' at the end of it does it? For example: is it '3000 yen' or '3000 yens'?

Very much 'yen'. Any word borrowed from Japanese can be either plural or singular depending on the context, much like in the language itself.

Hmm, now that you mentioned this, I went back to check the scripts and the scripts in the current patch are not consistent.
There are a few files that mention 'yen' as the cost/price but only in Rinko 0323 that 'yens' has 's'. (It's in the editing step now and I think the editor already fixed it.) So, if everyone agrees that it shouldn't have 's,' I'll keep it as a rule when I finalize the scripts.

It's just like what Silvermistshadow's said, there are no 's' for the plural form of 'yen.'

Acording to Merriam-Webster dictionary, the plural is "yen", so I think it shouldn't have an 's'. I am done editing the currently uploaded scripts. I will try to help with the rest if my time permits. Anyway, good job!

Hello, I've been following this translation patch for a while, and I have to say that I'm shocked. It's amazing how long this patch development has gone! That being said, I wish to stop lurking and help in some way, so if I see anything I can help in, I'll try it.

And as far as the translation patch for Plus+ goes, it's technically being worked on. They've made it as far as opening up the game and seeing the files, but they can't put it back together. Looking at the AP patch, it's possible, but they haven't figured it out. Just out of curiosity, if they DO figure it out, would you people mind your script being used? (With credit, of course.)

The hell? 94%? It couldn't be 100?! XD Anyways I think there's a possible grammar issue. I haven't played this patch yet so I have no idea if its been corrected but in the beginning after joining the library, there's a scene with Rinko at the stairs and the two talk. Rinko says something and the hero mentions "She concerned about that much" or something of that nature. I think there should be 'she's concerned' or 'she is concerned'. Sorry if its not very helpful but I haven't touched the game for awhile. :\

The part with 'she is concerned' is already fixed. Thanks for reporting.

And yeah. The hell with 94%. I don't know what these scripts are doing. I told them to keep translating themselves while I'm busy editing others, they just never listened to me.

Anyway, the progress from patch v0.6 to v0.8 is very amazing in my opinion. Consider how difficult the scripts are and how much work we've got done, I'm pretty grateful to everyone who has been helping.

The remaining 6% of the scripts won't be easy either. So, I hope everyone can be patient.

So is this version of the translation pretty much usable? Key moments, endings and such that won't leave you too frustrated?

I also wanted to give so much kudos to all of the people working on this. I have been playing the Tokimeiki Memorial Girl's Side games and am loving this new upswing in renai, otome translations.

Edit: Well I guess I found what I asked above. Should have looked harder. I think I will wait a bit longer before giving the patch a try in case I want to date Nene first.

And you guys need "English to English spelling/grammar/usage/etc checking"? Awesome! That's something I enjoy, and something I am very good at I think, but most translations don't want it! So if there's still some left to do by the time I get around to it, I should totally help!

well its smooth if ya take manaka but nene and rinko you will encounter that some dialog when walking home and walking to school and other activities missing so they will be japanese jsut a hintof what to expect to those who hasn't tried the patch but its great thanks for your hard work
