-can i play any 3d games on with that flashcart?

1) Either an acekard 2i, r4i Gold 3ds (from r4ids.cn) or SuperCard DSTwo. All three supports the latest dsi/3ds firmware and have great compatibility to games. DSTwo is a little pricy compared to the other two, but has extra features (such as a native gba emulator, real time save/guide, free cheat, special homebrew, etc...). If you don't need any of those, you can go with an ak2i or r4i Gold 3ds, although recent batches of acekard 2i's are spring-loaded and are more prone to contact issues, so I'd stick with r4i gold 3ds.

2) Assuming you're talking about 3ds games, nope. There's currently no way to play 3ds back-ups.

3) It's against the rules. Make sure you read them~

-where or what site can i get games to download onto that flashcart?
can't ask that here, you should know this when you registered
can i play any 3d games on with that flashcart?
there is no way to play 3DS games with a flash cart
which flashcart(s) are best for gaming on the 3ds?
supercard DSTWO

I have a supercard DSTWO for my 3DS and it is not very good. The 3DS scratches the DSTWO's contacts so it sometimes doesn't read

It's not the movies or games downloads that I would worry about, like breaking into networks, downloading encrypted things, spying on network traffic. I have seen so many "Top Secret" seals on files when I was a kid

I was obsessed with finding UFOs, a surprising amount of US files where stashed on computers in other countries, China back in the early 90s omg sooo much

Yea that crazy, I've never tried hack into anything, I just pirate, and my ISP have send me 3-4 letters, so had to VPN it
