wut?? no , i love the clamshell design... if anything , they should make the upper screen touch enabled too... just imagine playing chess game using 1 3ds.. or an osu coop mode or drawing canvas on the upper screen and drawing tool on the lower screen... or... or...

Interesting, i might look into this. Not a replacement for something like manga studio, but could be fun for smaller stuff.
