Hardware Column of dead pixels on the screen

ugh, this thing isn't even mine...

well, i was playing persoa 3 yesterday, and all of sudden i noted the thing. at first i though it was just a detail of the menu i didn't notice before...but it wasn't.
after a while, the screen flashed a bit and...well...

i looked up on google, and downloaded a video that flashed red green and blue colors very fast and i let it on for 30 mins, no dice.

help!

Are the pixels black, or do they have a color (white, green,...)

white,gray,black,.., it depends of what's in the screen (ex, black loading screen=white pixels,home menu=gray pixels, of the same color of the lines above and below the ''wanna quit?'' mensege,white loading screen:black pixels), but just between those 3 colors.

the red, blue, and green video thing will only partially fix stuck pixels. You probably have dead pixels, which can't be fixed i think. I'm not a pixel expert but you can read this: http://mansurovs.com/dead-vs-stuck-vs-hot-pixels
