So I descaled my espresso machine (I didn't even know espresso had scales) and now the flow rate is all wrong and I have to dial in my coffee all over again and bleh. No wonder I stick to instant.

Medium or dark roasts with chocolatey undertones, some sugar and a bit of half and half. Sumatra blend from Natural Grocers is really good. I HATE any blend with citrusy undertones, that's for tea and wine only dammit!

First of all, love Indian food, though admittedly, I ain't deep in the know when it comes to the names of dishes and beverages. But that sound delish!

Now, the hard part: find a place in the South that serves it. Now, in Georgia I might be able to find it closer to Atlanta, but it might take a while to find good quality stuff.

I went to Marshalls, which is like a lower end Target, I suppose. They had Torani syrups on clearance. It has SERIOUSLY leveled up my lattes.

Coconut white chocolate iced latte, who could say no to that?

Went to Trader Joe’s and found this at the check out stand.

Really nice in my coffee. I got the biggest mug we have, poured coffee in there, then plopped this stick in there. Stirred it up until the rocks dissolved. Then I went outside for a toke and I came back to sweet, cinnamony, goodness. No milk, Know milk.
