Hacking Question Clearing error log, and going back online

I cleared the Logs every time when boot up OFW to go online since the release of SX OS and havent been banned yet! So it doesn't leed to an instand ban. Seems like Nintendo is banning people just randomly.

(Still not an effective long term solution as eventually you will be unable to write to the eMMC after a certain number of cycles)

Is there no way to delete selected error logs instead of all?

Also, if I restore NAND, will it restore my unedited save too? If so, is there a way to keep the edited save when restoring NAND?
