"clean" installation of update with sys clk?

Hello,
A while back I install 4ifir, we're taking over 6 months or so ago, I barely used my Switch and want to return though I'd like to update to latest firmware and have sys clk + all other recommended homebrews/mods installed.

Id love to know what would be the approach to this, I really want to fully clean install without all the junk files that have been accumulating over time.
As a side note, I DO want to keep all the games installed so I don't want to move any of them if possible.

1. Delete everything, except the folders where your games are.
2. Install everything you want, one by one, manually.

Works for me everytime.
