They'll need the input values from the controller to be able to update libOGC with support. Dunno if any of the coders working on libOGC have a classic controller pro, so maybe you should try and contact one of them (maybe WinterMute) and ask if you can help, seeing as you have a controller.

? What are you on about? libOGC is the library upon which almost all Wii homebrew is based.

Erm, the classic controller pro is the exact same as a classic controller except with the buttons moved and the cord moved. Mine works fine in emulators and such. It's just a new shell for the same product.

But I did order mine from Japan months ago, and have had it for a while.

Tilt your head to the left and it looks like a man wanking.

Nope, no grey letters on the front. It's a 3rd party for sure.

There you go.
I was gonna say, how's that possible ?
But now I get it.
I got the same thing with my PS2 controller USB adaptor, if I use a 3rd part PS2 controller , it's not recognized.
Nothing new here.

Ok so the classic controller that comes bundled with Monster Hunter Tri should work just fine, right?

That's one reason I wanna buy the game!

I also have a 3rd party Classic Controller Pro, mine has WII grey letter on front. But i know for sure it's 3rd party cause i bougth it from dealextreme, i tried to retrieve the ID editing wiiuse in libogc, but it always says the ID is 0, anyone knows of some application that shows correctly the ID of expansions?. The one i Compiled in a Hello World works with the ID of Nunchuk so i don't think it's entirely bad made.

Sorry for my english, hope someone can help me, there must be a way to obtain the id of my control.

Thanks

Anyone have a classic controller or nunchuk that doesn't work on Wii apps? Please run this test and report back the id to me via email: http://www.wiimc.org/wii-controller-test.zip
