If you plan on downgrading and using emunand, here is what I would do. Get ironfall 1.0,1.1 while you still can. Get ironhax but set it up to use 9.0,9.2 payload. Just run the downgrade, and remove menuhax. Setup emunand. Then use the lower firm ironhax exploit to setup rxtools with auto boot menuhax. Then use yellows8 homebrew launcher cia in emunand as a hbl 'exploit'. But that's just me.

Well considering the idea that the cart was OOP for so long; and remain so high priced on the eStore; I would say Nintendo has it's own way of limiting access to OOT

Heh, and also anyone who would buy OoT3D specifically just for oot3dhax gives extra money to Nintendo.
If they fixed it then those people wouldn't be buying OoT from the eShop which in turn means less money for them.

That's right. I always use cubic ninja and have only used spider and homemenu as alternatives. I'm gunna stop helping now.

On 9.2 you are always going to have browserhax available for everything as a last resort anyway.
Unless you updated using a 9.2 update game card from a firmware that didn't have a browser, but as we will be downgrading using full "update" packs (hehe), we will have the -20 NVer and associated browser.

But the money made off of OOT probably isn't going to be more than the money lost to pirates. Especially because it seems OOThax will no longer be needed because of all the other hax that are easier and cheaper to acquire.

oot3dhax never enabled any piracy to begin with.
For now it kinda does on firmwares 9.3-10.3 since we will be able to use memchunkhax2, but oot3dhax uses the same hack as ninjhax2 does, just a different entry point. It is intended to only be userland, and on 10.4 and up it will only allow regular .3dsx homebrew. And that was the case for a long time.

I have a question on this. I could not download the 9.2 at all using 3DNUS, as some files were removed from server. To be honest, only 9.9 and above can be download fully.
So, anyone have a list of the required titles for 9.2, with MD5 if possible? I just want to compare with the ones I have, because I've got from different sources, with different number of files (none of them have N3DS only titles, so why the different number of files?)

Honestly they may just use ntrcardhax for ARM9 access and not having to downgrade. They said support for up to 10.3 and they -can- get that with a combination of ntrcardhax and memchunkhax2.

Also you do know that GW had their stuff working on 4.5 before free CFWs came out right? And they had their card working on up to 9.2 before the free CFWs started popping up.

The earliest verson of the gw launcher I could find was 2.2 released may 14 of 2014

Smealum's cubic ninja exploit was released around Nov 16 of 2014.

good choice... they don't downgrade cleanly AT ALL, they actually leave all of the old titles in NAND and put the new titles in right next to them, which can fill up your NAND and possibly cause problems with your system. I hate gateway and have for awhile...

ehh, I wouldn't take that path... mainly the injecting with rxTools, Decrypt9 does a cleaner job (rxTools can make your NAND become fragmented, which isn't good and can have side effects on your system), other than that injection with D9 is safe and allows injecting ANY application (provided it is sized correctly) into H&S
