Homebrew Clarification Thread - What is going on?

The new starterkit from smea has old eshop version which lets you download IRONFALL.

...which has been removed from Nintendo's servers. if you try to download the older Ironfall you will get an error code.

Why You, would you want to downgrade your 3DS ?
What your goal beside a personnal achievement.

That relate to exploit cause actually apparently Downgrade mean 9.2, 9.2 mean piracy.
If I would do that myself it just to have acces to Spider injections I liked that precis method with brother etc

Heres a tip: keep moving the control stick. it gave me a error if i didnt keep moving the control stick. my thumb got tired, but it finished.

After downgrading, you don't need it anymore.

From what the Dev said they were days apart from getting released; if I remembered right was the reasoning behind his decision

Thanks. I just want to setup a CFW with signpatch for homebrew CIA and testing stuff with NTR CFW, and being able to run GBA roms as AGB_FIRM. And maybe that I'll want to make some homebrew game, I don't know.

Wouldn't it be more so Ideal to use a custom payload to pre-install a entry point IE giving a option to uninstall menu and set another entry point
