You are welcome to fix and improve it. PPSSPP and PCSX2 are emulators for very different platforms.
Then get a better PC or learn how to develop software and become a contributor.

You don't get to complain for something volunteers create in their free time.
If you don't like it: fix it or leave it.

You need a 3DS to dump the system-files / home-folder anyway (still) + you need to buy your games to be able to legally play them.
So instead of complaining about an improvement / extension to your gaming ecosystem you can stick to what you got and play on your actual 3DS.

They use PCs bought after 2005.
I personally run a shitty X230 (2013) and some i7 920 / GTX260 (2010).

You are welcome to buy me a better system as I barely get any playable framerates.
(Which is a sad joke to be honest - developers should be running a faster system than users so they have extra room for experimentation)
I honestly admire your patience to answer politely, no joke.

Right.. Dolphin has been in development for 13 years - some Citra developers have also worked on Dolphin in the past (and vice versa).
If you've tried Dolphin in 2005 or something you'd have found out that it wasn't flawless either (far from it).
PSX emulation has been in the works for *decades* and we are talking about vastly different platforms.
You clearly have no idea about hard- or software engineering (based on what you say).

You also seem to have no idea about history of emulation. Please create a new thread if you want to discuss this kind of stuff.
Let's keep this thread clean of weird accusations and generic emulation discussions.

Hey guy, don't dishonor your homelanders (like me :)). And note this tip: For DS onwards (DS, Wii, 3DS, Wii U) our low-end PCs (I don't think you have a gaming PC since you was complaining about money) would not respond. I have tested it; even DS emu DesMUME runs laggy there. If you wanna enjoy it, go on and buy a laptop.

P.S.: Whaaat!? WTH!? You have the actual system???? All you now just is the ROMs! (and heading on to "Cannonrange" Square:D"Toopkhoone" for dumping the console)
So why are you complaining for the emu? Someone exists that his only hope is emulator, like me!

Does Citra emulate console specific saves proeprly? From what i've tested on my 3ds, importing saves will not work due to them being console specific, wonder if Citra cannot create console specific saves as that may require or emulating a console ID or something.

Hmm, somehow I can't save any cheats. I would save the cheats, but when I open the cheat list back up, again, the cheats are gone and none of them ever activated in-game. Like the "No Outlines" cheat for PokeSuMo. Using the Bleeding Edge build.
Did you checked the "\user\cheats" to see if the file for the game was created (and the code is inside) ?

Are you talking about Mario Maker 3DS?
If so, it's not only on Citra Emulator though. I tried it on another 3DS and it will have the option to delete the save file. Probably to avoid illegal saves that is 100% complete. Heck, I tried dumping the Nand and the Mii Data, it works fine but will have infinite loading.

Yeah i know but I'd assume considering how the 3DS creates console specfic save data i was wondering if Citra was having a hard time with those hence the hang. It does create external data fine when you look in the location so just possibly it fails to write a specfic ID or key in the save a 3DS would normally have.

I would say it has something to do with this.
[ 41.151804] Service.CFG <Warning> core\hle\service\cfg\cfg.cpp:GenHashConsoleUnique:187: (STUBBED) called app_id_salt=0x1A05
That's the last thing that the log prints before Mario Maker gets caught on the SD card loading screen. That stubbed command doesn't seem to be giving the game what it's looking for. So I believe that the game gets stuck trying to find the right info, but can never find it since it's not there to find.
EDIT: For anyone who may not know this already, when Citra sends out a STUBBED command, it's giving the game a line of code or a value to try to bypass certain checks that are being preformed by that game. This is done so that a game will not hang on parts of the 3DS, which are not currently emulated, like the camera or microphone.

"0 key re-encrypted games" are not encrypted games, so this is useless ? This is a rhetorical question

encrypted with the 0 key, maybe more games are like them, and needs the NON keyed AES to run them.
