Hacking cIOS installation

Hopefully I can explain this properly, What I was trying to do was install v19 (base37) in slot 249 and v19 (base 57) in slot 250
The cIOS installer only seems to give the option as to which IOS to load the installer with, but not which slot to install to, so once I load it and choose for eg. IOS 36 to load, then the base IOS it automatically installs the cIOS to both 249 and 250. How do I get two different bases in the two slots? Do you need to back one up and then put it back after or is there another installer which gives this option?

That guide explains exactly what I wanted. Thanks for your quick response. I suspected I'd need to use something like this 'BlueDump Alpha 3' do get there.
