Hacking CIOS 38 rev 12 got my USB HD working

I hadn't seen anyone mention that CIOS 38 rev 12 improves USB drive compatibility, so I figured I'd just write a quick post to encourage those people with drives that were non-working in the past to try again.

I tried everything on rev 10 to get my drive working, switching ports, plugging in two non-working drives at once, using the LoPST edition, plugging in the drive or turning it on at various times, etc. Nothing made any difference.

As soon as I upgraded to rev 12, the drive immediately detected when I ran USB Loader.

Worked for me too. I was going to wait for rev13 but figured I'd try anyway - couldn't be happier.
