Homebrew cIOS 249 help needed

Ok tried to get my backup of Black Ops to work (my roommates...I don't trust them with discs) so every guide I saw said to download cIOSX rev19-Installer.zip, even though I just see now that the app on the Wii says r20, (http://www.megaupload.com/?d=OP5WJAEL) and install cIOS 249 with base IOS57 v5918.

Well now when I select any game in any USB loader the disc drive goes blue and freezes.

USB Loader GX: Freezes, disc drive turns blue, music still playing

CoverFloader: While loading can't get over the 'Checking Disc Drive' part.

Any point in the right direction or file I should download is greatly appreciated.

Ok I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do with that. Never used it before and it looks pretty intimidating.

Just start it up and find 'cIOSX rev20b IOS base 56'?

Does that mean 249[56]v20? The 'cIOSX' is throwing me off.

the easiest way is using ModMii: http://gbatemp.net/t207126-modmii-for-windows
type i agree in welcome screen
then press 2 (to page 2 - to download cIOS)
type 249 + enter then 250 + enter (this will select both cIOS)
after u done, press D + enter to start download.
a COPY_TO_SD subfolder will be created in ModMii folder,,, just copy both cIOS inside /COPY_TO_SD/WAD to ur sd:/WAD/
then use MMM, reload IOS 236, choose WAD Manager and install both cIOS
ur done

bLACK OPS works with cIOS 249 r20b with base of 57
i tried others and it did not work
57 has it working for all 3 menu's.
