i have done some other tests

-Holding A at startup writes [EN_V1.1_V2] Slot 1 NDS >and boot up the firmware
-Holding B at startup writes [EN_V1.1_V2] Slot 2 NDS >white screen
-Holding SELECT at startup [EN_V1.1_V2] Slot 2 GBA > boot the GBA game that was in the 3in1 "if no game GAMEBOY logo"

May be this can help someone....

those are the built-in passme functions of the m3real.
A=normal boot
B=boot to a slot-2 standalone with the ability to run .nds games.
select=boot to slot-2 GBA game in permanent memory(or boot to GBA flashcard if available)
