Homebrew Checkpoint not loading on 3ds

I just installed Luma on my o3DS yesterday and installed checkpoint as a cia. If i try to open it, it gives me the logo for a bit then crashes. Is there any way to fix this?

    That's one of the issues I have with ecchi stuff recently, it focuses too much on the sexual aspect, not the comedy effect.
