Hacking Cheats on USB Loader?

Is there a way to launch Ocarina or Gecko OS after selecting a game in USB Launcher? I'm asking because I'm doing something very similar on the PS2 with the HDDLoader/Codebreaker combo. Would be nice to have the same functionality on Wii.
