Hacking Cheats for EZ5?

Ive heard that to use cheats on the EZ5, you can make some with the ards code manager and this program that changes from .xml format to .dat format, but is there any way to change it to .cht format?

Theres also one made by (cracker)? at the semi-official EZv fourm.
