After searching the forums here, I have found 2 of these games already have cheats made.

Chrats are not showing up in the Edizon overlay, and yes I placed the cheat folder in the correct folder as well.

There is really only two reasons. 1. bad cheat (atmosphere will load until the first error) 2. file not there.
Try hello world, if you can't make it show you don't know where to put the file

There is a new reason with atmosphere 1.8, the debug flag. If you hack the debug flag to run nsp forwarder you cannot cheat unless you have a dmnt fork that has the flag set to empower it

Yes, that is correct. You are not likely to find the file in your SD card because it doesn't exist yet
