delete is not needed unless you are never going to play that certain game with those cheats on the list

with yuzu:
you cant the same address multiple times in cheat file, this includes the restore or off codes.

it cant be a dynamic cheat, so no:
[name]
key code or condition 1
address 1 asm
key code or condition 2
same address 1 but different asm
