I tried what you said and it worked perfectly. Apparently the Nintendo Switch and PC Saves have the exact same format, as I dragged and dropped my PC Save into my Switch and it worked just fine. Also, the Disable Sanity Check code works just fine too: the modded weapons spawn in. Thank you for alerting me to this.
It should work after change the second last DWORD to FF19 (You may walk into another map in order to refresh the items)

This works great! Sorry to bother you, but is it possible to have 99 of all items except for the gratitude crystal things, or better yet, which part of the code do I modify to change the 99 into something like 20 or some other number? If not, then it's fine.

are you having the same bug with the bat guy that I had, we're after you give all gratitude crystal to him His cutscene freezes when he's transforming? if you did, how I fix that was after the introduction to him don't give him any gratitude crystal leave the room go talk to the little girl's mom come back talk to him again then the cutscene will play out and they'll be no problems

Also it shouldn't give any issues since it's an optional item by doing an optional wave encounter. So just never do said optional encounter and you are golden. I even think you can safely do it it will just overwrite your current shield. Anyway I used said cheat back in the days on a wii without single issue. Without doing said optional encounter ofcourse.

I didn't even realize that could happen. For me, it's more like I would only like cheats for farmable things. Since I know that there are only 80 gratitude crystals in the game, I wouldn't like having 99 of it. I would rather just get all 80 if I can and would like to see that there's only 80 in the inventory. It's kinda like an OCD type of thing to me

oh I completely understand I'm like that with some things but you're in luck if you give all the gratitude crystal to the bat guy, it becomes this in your inventory

They store as 7-bit integers
So, you need to shift 3 times to the left (LSL 3)

Then the last 3 bit is used for the size of pocket (together with following byte)

Good too see you also realized item obtained flags are stored as binary.
This makes it near impossible to create proper "HAVE CERTAIN ITEM" cheats. Since 1 byte can have control over 8 different items.
As an example, the pouches and wallets obtained flags are sharing the same byte.
I am working on a "item obtained cheat code generator" so see you can easily generate the codes for the items you want to have enabled.
