lol, i love the censor copy you did. but yes, when i traced the code, it was 01 FF FF FF, which is (as you said) a negative number. so i edit the fix post and my original setup of the code.

Hahaha thanks, I really hope you start the game soon and enjoy it. So far I'm loving it, this is one of those few games that I actually enjoy talking to everyone I come across and taking my time to enjoy it.

How did you get this to work. I enabled the code. Pressed R within the pokedex and also pressed R when encountering a pokemon, but no result. Always the local area pokemon.

Okay sorry one more development I have thrown in here I managed to get the level select menu for Ty 2
It doesn't have all of the same functions the PC version has like no debug fly and no enabling POS I am still working on that because what I found was a workaround just to get to the menu. I have added the code as well as an explanation and video of how to use it below.

I can find cheats on other sites for BID's other than mine. My Pal recommended downloading one of the others and Changing the BID on the file but Ultimately that didn't work either. Can someone please add cheats for this BID or help point me in the direction of where to find them. Thank you.

Its different only on game version (update) and region USA/PAL/JP etc
