Hacking cheap amazon flash cart

a friend is looking for a flash cart but he can only buy from amazon he has some money on it
i saw some flash carts there buy they are way over priced like the r4i for $33 anyway he has $30 or something and was looking for a dsi/3ds compatible one for a cheaper price

You wont find a decent flash kart on Amazon. They keep piracy devices pretty low there. You gonna have to pony up money elsewhere to get a decent one.
