Homebrew Changing Themes on Menuhax 3.0?

So I know I had to delete the theme data, and I know 3.0 uses the icon data as well, so I doubt I'm getting around having to unpack everything whenever I want to play it.

But is there a way using menuhaxmanager or any other settings to change my theme (custom or theme shop) and have it stick without disabling menuhax?

You can load custom themes with CHMM2 and the menuhax won't be affected.
