ROM Hack Changing from TTDS to cyclo. Questions.

I've had my wifes' ds hooked up with a TTDS for a couple of years now, and it is time to change. I'm going to put all of her stuff onto my old cyclo, but I have a question - will her save files work between the two cards? That is, are they compatible? If not, is there something I can do to fix them up?

If it's a standard 512KB .sav file, then it should probably be fine, but the above converter is good if you do need to convert.
