Homebrew Changed UniqueID, smdh, rsf and Banner why does it keep merging?

Couldnt explain in the title as it would be too long

But I Changed UniqueID, smdh, rsf and Banner but still when I install the CIA (Of JKSMK my mod of JKSM) it keeps merging into JKSM like an update. Same thing happens if people install JKSM, It will overwrite my mod.

What am I missing?

oh my god.... I coulda swore I changed to the right file. Rip me lol. I accidentally changed it on my bakup rsf not normal rsf. GG
