Hacking Question Change System language in CFW

I noticed that after changing the System language the Switch has to reboot to apply changes. After installing CFW, I don't plan in using autoRCM , and I will be changing system language a lot (unless there is a way to individually choose game language for each game). My question is, when the console reboots, will it boot automatically into OFW so I'll need to turn it back off and on to boot into CFW or It'll start directly in CFW so all that hassle is not needed?

Latest atmosphere can reboot to a payload (by default the atmosphere payload) by holding the power button and choosing restart, bypassing RCM.
