Hacking Certain Games disable Wifi, so I can't use InputRedirection or HzMod in game

I was trying to stream Pokemon Ultra Moon onto my laptop with HzMod, but it only streamed the very start of the game, and then it stopped working, at first I thought it was a problem with the stream itself, but I checked the home menu on my 3DS, and it just said "Enabled", instead of "Internet". (It changed back to Internet after I waited a bit, but the same problem would just occur if I went back into game). Then later on I was testing out the InputRedirection through Luma3DS Rosalina, and it worked perfectly throughout the home menu, and Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney, but I tried using it to play a DS game through TWLightMenu++. and the InputRedirection got disabled. Is there anyway to bypass this?
