So, I've restored my 3ds after it bricked (https://gbatemp.net/threads/3ds-bricked-no-nand-backup.563647) and it works perfectly fine. But, there's a catch: my cartridges won't load.

More info:

1- I've tested 2 games (New Super Mario Bros 2 and New Super Mario Bros.)
2- And 4 identical cartridges. 2 out of my own and 2 that I've borrowed from my friend/neighbor
4- Let's call the two pairs of games A and B. A is for my own New Super Mario Bros 2/New Super Mario Bros copies and B is for my neighbor's cartridges.
3- Plus, I tested an old cartridge (Sonic Colors) which I owned but never played on my 3ds.
4- My neighbor has also a homebrewed 3ds, same version, region and config as mine.

What happened:

I - I tested my NSB2(A) on my 3ds. The icon wouldn't appear.
II - Tested my NSB(A) on my 3ds. Same problem.
III - Again, with another cartridge. This time, Sonic Colors. It would boot just fine.
IV - Saw on the game log on the 3ds that it was the first time I played that specific cartridge.
V - Asked my friend to test on his 3ds my games (the A pair).
VI - They booted just fine.
VII - He tested his own cartridges on my 3ds (the B pair) and they worked.
VIII - I tested my Sonic Colors on his 3ds and it worked just fine.

So, basically, what I realized was: (strangely) games that were played in my console before doing the CTRtransfer wouldn't work. I mean, I realized that before, due to the games I installed previously on my SD card being gone and when I looked at them in the configurations app, they all had an X in their icon.
I mean, they were installed games so I thought it was normal. But it's kinda odd to behave the same with cartridges.

Any clues to solve the issue?

Same game cart, same region, should be the same.
If i dump your cart and your friends cart, the romdump should have the same crc, no difference
Shoot me if i'm wrong on this :P

So your game cart should be working if your friends one work.

(Maybe deletre the save on it on your friends 3ds and try then again in yours  )

@Sakurairo, please don't delete your friend's savedata.
  • To play out-of-region games that require Luma3DS Locale Emulation,
    • Turn on the 3DS and hold (SELECT) Luma3DS v#.# configuration (x) Enable game patching
    • sdmc:/luma/titles/00040000XXXXXXXX/locale.txt
    • Code:
      RRR LL
      • [ RRR = region | LL = language ]
    • LumaLocaleSwitcher

It worked, thanks a lot! But one game doesn't seem to load, which is my R4iGold which I just found by searching games to test. I've updated the cart firmware, so it's not it. Sorry to bother too much, by the way

If your 3DS firmware was fixed with standard CTRTransfer, the broken DS(i) mode needs to be repaired with:
-or-

***

If your 3DS firmware was instead fixed with alternative CTRTransfer (Type D9), the broken DS(i) mode needs to be repaired by completing the rest of the Instructions (steps 12–17).

Here's a trimmed down version of the Instructions for someone else who used CTRTransfer (Type D9) but missed steps 12–17.

***

If the DS(i) mode is still broken, verify that the 3DS is not using EmuNAND.
  1. Turn on the 3DS and hold the (SELECT) button to access Luma3DS v#.# configuration. Use these exact settings and press (START).
    • ( ) Autoboot EmuNAND ← This does not show up in v10.0 or newer if the SD card doesn't have an EmuNAND.
    • (x) Show NAND or user string in System Settings
  2. HOME Menu → System Settings, check if this is the stated firmware string.
    • Sys 11.13.0-45U
***

If the 3DS has been verified to be using SysNAND, the DS(i) mode repair measures from the above CTRTransfer(s) sections have been done, and none of your arbitrary DSiWare or real DS cart games will launch or play, reset the NVRAM.

***

If the 3DS does play other DS(i)Ware games, but the R4i Gold flashcart still doesn't work,

For the R4i Gold 3DS Plus made by www.r4ids.cn,

For the R4iSDHC GOLD Pro made by www.r4isdhc.com,

For some other (older) R4i model that has the name 'Gold' but are not the two detailed above, adjust reviving that DS flashcart with worked for it. Search previous examples at:

***

If the 3DS does not play any DS(i)Ware games after having tried everything above, please see these explanations.

The first method worked! Thanks a lot! Sorry for bothering, too
