Tour instructions are very cleared, thank you!
Good news, the 3DS now boots to the home menu :D:D:D:D:D:D

Steps 1-3 were successful. For step 4, I ran CTRTransfer (Type D9) v1.7 only once and it did all the jobs successfully (no need to run it twice).
Then I rebooted the console and :grog:

What are the next steps now ?
- Make a backup (backup the current status of the NAND)
- Upgrade to firmware to the lastest version ? Or is 11.5.0-38E alreay the lastest ?
- Do you have any guide qui explain what I must not do ? To play online, to use the shop, to update the firmware via the official methods (via online, via a game, ...) ?

Thank you very much to all of you!!
Disaster averted. :)

5. Finish the rest of steps 12–17 as found in the CTRTransfer (Type D9) page's Instructions.
  • 11.13.0-45E is the latest 3DS firmware.
6. Double check that GodMode9 created and installed this mini self backup file onto the n3DSXL's nand.
  • [S:] SYSNAND VIRTUAL/essential.exefs
7. Once the n3DSXL has the latest 11.13E firmware, B9S v1.3, GM9 v1.9.1, and Luma v10.0.1, backup a new SysNAND *.bin image.
  • Keep a copy of this safe on the computer. Previously made 2.1.0 nand image can be replaced with this fully fixed/good copy.

Great thank you.

I did a backup of the SD card and I cleaned everything I didn't need (all the stuff from the previous owner etc.).
When I open the Camera, it doesn't launch the Homebrew channel.

Which files did I miss to copy ?
I downloaded the boot.3dsx from the Homebrew channel and I added it to the root folder of the SD.

Thank you
