no cartridge slot difference between v1 or v2, except different touch screen model mixed using in botj v1 and v2, where cartridge modules has FT9J chip with programed infk in it may lead to ghost touch/ non function touch when you switch to new cartridge module, you could fix thid issue via hekate touch screen calibration afterwards.
