    Hello :)
i installed Assassins Creed 3 and i can play it, but i can not start/play Mario Kart 8 and Super Smash because Nintendo banned me.
    I use Atmosphere 0.8.10 | Firmware 8.0.1

You should still be able to play Mario Kart and Super Smash Bros. offline despite being banned.

ok, just wondering, does it force the check if say, you're in airplane mode?

    At Home :)
Try setting up 90dns first, make sure it’s running then start the game. Usually I’ve only seen this sort of forced problem booting up Nintendo online app but even if you have a banned console you can still boot up titles but like I say 90dns should sort this issue out.

Did you update the games lately? I think that under certain circumstances you can't launch outdated games on a current firmware.

The "Checking whether this software can be played..." message is always a license/ticket error.

This error happens when your current Profile does not have the correct tickets installed,
or in case of a ban your private eShop tickets are now invalid.

    Solutions:
    - check if you have the sigpatches for your current Firmware installed
    - check if your installed dlc titles have valid non-Zero tickets, e.g. don't use unlocker dlc's because they are fake-tickets and should only be used by SXOS
    - reinstall base game, updates and dlc from verified nsp's

How can i check if the sigpatches installed?
and how can i clean the tickets?
