ok, just wondering, does it force the check if say, you're in airplane mode?
This is with Flight Mode on

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Did you change the nintendo account on the switch recently or was it linked to another switch? (as primary device)

no, nothing

Try setting up 90dns first, make sure it’s running then start the game. Usually I’ve only seen this sort of forced problem booting up Nintendo online app but even if you have a banned console you can still boot up titles but like I say 90dns should sort this issue out.

The "Checking whether this software can be played..." message is always a license/ticket error.

This error happens when your current Profile does not have the correct tickets installed,
or in case of a ban your private eShop tickets are now invalid.

Solutions:
- check if you have the sigpatches for your current Firmware installed
- check if your installed dlc titles have valid non-Zero tickets, e.g. don't use unlocker dlc's because they are fake-tickets and should only be used by SXOS
- reinstall base game, updates and dlc from verified nsp's

How can i check if the sigpatches installed?
and how can i clean the tickets?

Hi, I am having exactly the same problem right now because I format the already banned switch, and I also have no idea of what to do. I have the same error messages as you do.
