Can't Sleep; Ghosts Will Kill Me

I'm 15 and I slept for an hour last night. And then went to school and aced some tests. Sleep's overrated.

BUT, honestly, it doesn't really matter. Just get off of the internet, watch some TV for 10 minutes (maybe at a kids channel or a channel filled with comedy) and then sleep.

Anyways, it's paranoia. Not paranormal activities. I'm fairly certain that @Icealote meant it as a joke. Besides, what you just mentioned is our old, irritating Filipino perspective of ghosts, built up by weird infused myths from the Catholic church and elders, a huge amount of FAKE stories posing as non-fiction, and our natural affinity for superstitions. If there really were ghosts (there aren't) then we likely don't know fuck about them. You never know, maybe there are ghosts but no one can see, touch or feel them. Ever.

No way in HELL will I try to reproduce it. My friend who saw it when he spent the night with me is dead now, anyway, and he said that it had followed him; He had seen it before. But after he died it's still here. I don't know why.
Edit: I'm freaking out, because I heard something walking around. I can't sleep now... :'(

@OP if you ever encounter a real ghost you will feel more comfortable with them, they are nothing to fear. If you are lucky enough to encounter the non living, count your blessings you have encountered the unknown and are free to embrace life as it is.
