Can't sign up for Club Nintendo :(

I've filled up my birthday, register name, email, etc... and it stopped at 'Additional Information'. It doesn't pop out anything.
At first I thought it was caused by my web browser, but no. I've tried IE, Firefox and Chrome, nothing changed

Does it give you any error?
Or just doesnt go any further?

I recently signed up and it worked fine for me.

Yes it doesn't go any further after 'Username/Password' box no matter how many times I click 'continue'

No error notification

Try to sign up from someone elses computer?
this is really weird. The site is working just fine for me.
I have 1750 points left after reediming for a Mario towel lol.

I've tried 2 different computers: mine and my brothers laptop. I'm afraid Club Nintendo isn't available in my country

Are you under 16 ?? because I got a E-mail where they told me that I had to give my parents E-mail adress and I had to do it before May 31th

I'm 19. If you're under 16, it would stop after the 'birthday' box and said that you had to sign up under 'Family Account'
