Gaming Can't shrink more then 50GB of space

I'm using the Computer Management -> Disk Management to shrink my HD space so I can dual-boot. But I can't make the space more then 50GB and I wants at least 80GB (I have the space to do that. I have 258GB of unused space). So can someone give me a link to a program where I can shrink the drive and partition it? Thanks.

That's what I have installed now, but I have no clue how to use it.

Edit:nvm I got it to partition. For some reason, I had already 4 partions, a 4th which I never even made so I deleted it no problem.

lol, now I have the "NTDLR is Missing" error. Now I'm in the process of fixing it, what a bummer. >_>
