Hacking Can't run WW or VC off SD card

There's probably been this problem before, but I skimmed the forums, and googled it and didn't get too much good info besides reinstall WADs so I'll ask here.
It's a black Wii, 4.3U.
I've used 2 SD cards, one I'm sure works since I've used it on my hacked Wii.
Got all the necessary IOS's and cIOS's I believe
(249, trucha bug, IOS 53, IOS 55, IOS 56)
3 SD cards I can use to test if needed.
HBC installed, WAD Man 1.7 used.
All the WADs I've installed are able to be run from the System Menu, but when moved to the SD card they don't work.
Also once on the SD card they can't be moved off of the SD card, only erased
(Move and Copy give an error)
Any ideas as to what I can do?

If you want to play pirated games from sd you'll need a patched system menu IOS, use modmii to get a patched IOS80 for your system menu 4.3 and install it. Very important, NEVER uninstall it, if you do you can simply never use the wii again, fullbrick so be careful.
