Gaming Can't play Metal Gear Solid from Master Collection

I'm trying to boot into Metal Gear Solid 1 from the Master Collection with the latest 1.5.0 update on CFW 21.0, and the game wants me to accept Konami's Terms of Use. The thing is I can't accept them because I get an error "This feature is not available". Could this related to the hosts files in the Atmosphere folder that block access to the terms website? Or maybe it's a coincidence that the website with the terms is down? And could there be any way to bypass this? I guess this happens in other games as well. Thanks in advance!

A workaround I found was to turn Wi Fi off, lol.
